Anticipated JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Schedule Features Big Pay, New Tracks in 2024

Nashville, TN - The 2024 schedule has been released for the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by Chevrolet Performance. The 13 date schedule features 11 points paying events and two special non-points events at a total of 11 different race tracks this season, including two never before seen tracks for the JEGS Tour. This season also includes multiple high caliber events paying $10K and $15K to win, plus several races with increased purses paying north of $3K and $5K to win.

The unofficial season begins on Saturday, January 20th during the Protect Your Melon - Buckle Up Speedfest at Crisp Motorsports Park in Cordele, GA. The JEGS Tour has been involved in Speedfest for several seasons, sanctioning the 100 lap Pro Late Model race that comes prior to the 150 lap Super Late Model race for the ASA/CRA Super Series Powered by JEGS and the ASA Southern Super Series.

Championship points get handed out for the first time on Saturday, April 27th at Berlin Raceway in Marne, MI. The west Michigan facility has been in the national spotlight recently, having hosted a sold out SRX program in 2023. The JEGS Tour return marks the first standalone Pro Late Model race at the Speedway since 2018 and is the first race on the calendar featuring an increased $5,000 to win.

On Saturday, May 4th drivers will try to “use the force” to get around the tight and tricky Anderson Speedway in Anderson, IN. Hailed as the birthplace of Champion Racing Association, Anderson Speedway has long put drivers and equipment to the test. The 100 lap contest will be an early test for championship hopefuls.

Memorial Day weekend in Michigan will be exciting with $10,000 to win and $1,000 to start the event at Owosso Speedway in Owosso, MI. The Big ‘O Classic 100 is the official tune-up event for the summer’s Masters of the Pros 185 at the newly renovated mid-Michigan facility. Last season, Kyle Crump mastered the Big ‘O in his homecoming. This season, a new pit road, expanded pit area, and increased seating await the JEGS Tour on Saturday, May 25th.

The first track on the 2024 schedule to make a debut is Corrigan Oil Speedway in Mason, Michigan. On Sunday, June 9th the ¼-mile bullring will welcome the JEGS Tour for the first time in history with a $5,000 to win Slugfest (the Speedway’s traditional Sunday Series name). Known as the trial location for Pro Late Model Racing in Michigan, Corrigan Oil Speedway (formerly known as Spartan Speedway) had a rich history with Template Late Models in the 1990s and early 2000s.

The JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour will battle head-to-head with the ASA/CRA Super Series on Saturday, June 22nd during the Vandoorn Racing Development 125 at Metro Detroit’s Flat Rock Speedway. The combo event returns to the schedules for the first time since 2019 when Crump and his Super Late Model got the best of Ethan Stadniczuk and his Pro Late Model.

The Instacoat 4th Up North 104 on Saturday, July 6th is a $5,000 to win affair at the northern Michigan race track known as Michigan's Oldest Continuous Running Speedway. Making a JEGS Tour Schedule debut, Whittemore Speedway is another ¼-mile race track that offers multigroove racing and exciting finishes.

Friday, July 26th the JEGS Tour unloads at the big and fast Toledo Speedway for the first time in over a decade. Not since the Tour’s inaugural season in 2011 has the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour been to Toledo Speedway. That year, over 30 cars entered the event, a record that has only been matched one other time in JEGS Tour history.

The first return trip of the season is Owosso Speedway on Saturday, August 3rd for the $15,000 to win Masters of the Pros 185. The richest Pro Late Model Race of the season, the Masters not only features a $15K winners share, but also $1,200 to start and a bonus for drivers who raced in both the Big ‘O Classic and the Masters of the Pros. Last season, eventual Tour Champion, Chase Burda recovered from an early race spin to collect his richest win of his career.

More details are expected to be released soon for a “TBA” date on Friday, August 23rd.

Sunday, September 23rd another $15K showcase is scheduled for Owosso Speedway; the always highly anticipated Owosso Nationals. A massive end of the season celebration at Owosso Speedway, the weekend will feature racing from various divisions, and will also include a special JEGS Tour Showcase on Saturday night before the Sunday main event.

Winchester 400 weekend will again serve as the traditional season ending event for the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour. The Championship finale on Friday, October 11th marks the end of the impressive regular season, with a Champion to be crowned after the 100 lap contest Friday night.

Then, the entire season comes to a close as it has over the last few seasons during the All American 400 weekend at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway. On Saturday, November 2nd, the JEGS Tour will mix it up with the regulars of the Nashville Pro Late Models for the chance at a coveted guitar in Music City.
