Special from Flat Rock Speedway: Flat Rock, MI (November 21, 2022) - Since 2012, DTS Drive Train Specialists have affixed their business to the title sponsorship of one of the most competitive weekly classes in the State of Michigan. And now, for the 12th consecutive year, Flat Rock Speedway officials announce the return of DTS as the title sponsor of Flat Rock’s ARCA Street Stock division for the upcoming 2023 racing season.
DTS will also continue its title sponsorship of the Joy Fair Memorial 100 for the ARCA Outlaw Super Late Models, which carries the date of Saturday, May 27. The 2023 edition of this event adds a new twist with the addition of the Midwest Modified Series to the schedule of events, in addition to action from the track’s ARCA Figure 8 division.
“We are very pleased to announce the return of DTS Drive Train Specialists as the sponsor of the ARCA Street Stock division,” noted Ron Drager, Owner and Promoter of both Flat Rock and Toledo. “Twelve consecutive seasons of our partnership with Claude Plante Jr. and his staff at DTS shows their support and dedication,” said Drager. “We are very grateful to Claude and the folks at DTS for their long-term commitment to our race teams.”
One of the most competitive weekly racing divisions in the state, the Street Stocks will again have backing from the Warren, MI business. The class averaged 25 cars per night of action at “The Rock in 2022, which has been a staple of weekly racing at Flat Rock since 1977.
In addition to their Street Stock title sponsorship and the Fair Memorial, DTS will also continue its associate sponsorship of both the Stan Yee Memorial 150 at Flat Rock and Toledo Speedway’s Glass City 200.
