MARS Championship Tour Action Scheduled for Friday, April 26 at Brownstown Bullring Postponed



Fairbury, Illinois (April 25, 2024) – After continuously monitoring weather models throughout the week, MARS officials and Brownstown Bullring staff have come to agreeance that it is in the best interest of drivers, teams, and fans alike to postpone the JCB Diggin’ Dirt 40 scheduled for Friday, April 26 for the MARS Late Model Championship Powered by FK Rod Ends and MARS Modified Championship Powered by Summit Racing Equipment at Brownstown Bullring in Brownstown, Illinois.


As models have begun to pinpoint the fine details with tomorrow’s weather, most are consistent with early morning rain, and thunderstorms continuing throughout the evening. MARS officials and Brownstown Bullring staff are currently searching for a reschedule date for the event and will post further news in the coming weeks.


With upcoming forecasts trending for the better on Saturday, the Garry Swibold Memorial at Peoria Speedway in Peoria, Illinois on Saturday, April 27 is currently on as scheduled for the MARS Late Model Championship Powered by FK Rod Ends and the MARS Modified Championship Powered by Summit Racing Equipment. Track and series officials are optimistic with the projected temperatures and weather conditions that we will be able to get Saturday’s event in.


The Sunday, April 28 MARS Late Model Championship Powered by FK Rod Ends event at East Moline Speedway in East Moline, Illinois is also on as scheduled.
