A full schedule of racing last weekend for the Dirt Super Late Models across Michigan. Despite not getting all the racing in that was originally scheduled for the Holiday Weekend, every track that races Dirt Late Models was able to get at least one feature completed over the weekend.
Friday night, Mid-Michigan Raceway Park welcomed Kurt Mesman to victory lane for the first time this season. Mesman held of last week's winner, Taylor Wiles for the win. Up the road, it was Greg Gokey who took his iconic blue No.50 to Tri City Motor Speedway Victory Lane besting last week's winner, Rylee Knoll and Dona Marcoullier.
Marcoullier made up for the short comings during Saturday night's racing at Merritt Speedway. Back behind the wheel of his traditional No.6M, Marcoullier danced to Victory Lane over Brandon Thirlby. At Thunderbird Raceway, Jeff Erickson, Jr made it clear that he's comfortable in his new Late Model picking up his second win of the season. Garrett Wiles was able to keep Ryan Lanphierd and Logan Nickerson at bay at Crystal Motor Speedway for his first win of the season.
