Litchfield, MI - The start of the 2025 season is here for southern Michigan-based Rhino Racing. Home to Michigan Motorsports Hall of Fame driver, Jason Blonde, the Phil Reneau owned team is set to open the 2025 season on Friday, April 25th with the Great Lakes Super Sprints Presented by PERFIT & ARP at I-96 Speedway in Lake Odessa, MI.

Anticipation is high for the start of a new year, especially returning to I-96 to start the season. In 2024, Jason Blonde collected his first career 360 Sprint Car win at I-96 Speedway with Rhino Racing. A nearly flawless night for Blonde, who went quickest in his qualifying group, redrew the No.1 pill for the feature, and led every lap en route to the win.

Blonde’s win in July last year was one of five trips to victory lane for Rhino Racing, including wins from Keith Sheffer, Jr, and Darin Naida throughout the year.  In other events behind the wheel of the No.10BR, Blonde brought home 11 top 10s and eight top five finishes while also finishing 9th in the Butler Motor Speedway Pell’s Tire Service 410 Sprint Car Points Standings.

The team and Blonde plan to race in over 40 events in 2025 including returning to Butler Motor Speedway, competing regionally with the Great Lakes Super Sprints, and nationally with the High Limit Racing Sprint Cars, All Star Circuit of Champions, Knoxville Raceway, and Eldora Speedway.
